The Duckworths
Intimate is the first word that should be used to describe this show! It is always very hit and miss as to the numbers in the audience in Moles, but on this occasion, Bath let itself down. Where were you?
Anyhow, The Duckworths did not disappoint!
Receiving rave reviews from NME, The Guardian and Venue to name a few, this quirky gang clearly enjoy doing what they do best - entertaining! The songs flitted from humour to seriousness with a lot more in between, but all the way through were well written and superbly performed.
Somewhere along the lines of Eastern European gypsy rock tinged with The (old) Coral and The Bandits (where are these guys now?) but still with their very own unique sound, they enjoyed themselves, we enjoyed ourselves and A LOT of people missed out on a great show!
