I fell for Casiokids over a year ago when they played in Bath. The one word to describe the band is FUN! Boy do they know how to have fun! Swapping instruments, playing scissors paper rock and generally enjoying themselves was a breath of fresh air after some of the other bands' stale performances on the day! The crowd joined in right from the very first note and the electro pop boys did not disappoint!
With a sound somewhere between Sigur Ros and Hot Chip, Casiokids and their Norwegian lyrics certainly retained their uniqueness and exuberant stage presence and definitely deserved a headline spot. This was an energetic and exciting show in all senses.
Definitely a band on the up and definitely a band to look out for!
